The Fitness Center at United General Hospital offers a variety of services, classes and programs to help you get the most out of exercise.

Personal Assessment
Meet with a fitness expert to determine your current fitness level and learn what exercise programs are safest and more effective for you. We'll help you set goals, overcome barriers, and develop an exercise program that works.

Personal Exercise Sessions
Treat yourself to the safety and convenience of our Fitness Center, where our knowledgeable staff offers personal instruction, motivation, monitoring and support. We cater to all ages and abilities.

Group Fitness
Exercise with others who are taking charge of their health, in a friendly, no-pressure atmosphere. Dress for comfort, not competition, and see how much fun fitness can be! Adults of all ages welcome, days and times vary.

Weight Management
Lose weight safely. Our weight management program focuses on health, not gimmicks, and uses a combination of nutrition education, fitness instruction and personal coaching techniques to insure your success. Learn to make lifestyle changes one step at a time with the help of our experienced instructors.

Stress Management
We can't completely escape stress, but we can learn to prevent, treat, manage and recover from it. Our stress management classes can show you how.

Nutrition 101
Healthy eating goes hand in hand with your fitness program. Our staff can help you improve your nutrition for better health.

Yoga & Flexibility Classes

Free Classes
