Stress Less with Yoga | Feb. 5 from 10-11:30 am

This introductory workshop will give participants an opportunity to practice some of the pose’s yoga has to offer for working with and reducing stress. Traditionally, the practice of Yoga was to support an individual in managing themselves during daily routines and in an ever-changing world. Breathing and stretch exercises will provide participants with techniques and methods for doing so.

Stretches to Reduce Stiffness | Feb. 12 from 10-11:30 am

This workshop will offer ways to release muscular and mental tension from too many hours of sitting! When the body stretches it wakes up the inert and depressed muscles and creates energy and flexibility. Slow and simple movements will be provided to release and relax the body and let go of stiff and rusty muscles.

Strengthen Your Immune System through Yoga February 19 | 10-11:30 am

This introduction to yoga addresses how basic poses help build stamina, reduce muscle tension, and increase energy, which are essential builders for a strong immune system. This class will offer basic techniques for how yoga helps keep the body healthy.
