Learn the five-step action plan for reaching out and supporting individuals experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis. This includes developing an understanding of what different mental illnesses and disorders are, and that individuals experiencing challenges can and do get better. Courses are offered in virtual and in-person formats and are 5 to 5.5 hours in length.
