Co-parenting well isn’t easy, but it is possible. Exes & Babies is offering a free workshop to help co-parents strengthen their foundation for healthy, productive collaboration.

Topics will include:

  • Different co-parenting structures
  • Key co-parenting principles to live by
  • Designing your co-parent team culture
  • Cultivating a shared vision for your child’s future
  • Managing disagreements

Exes & Babies uplifts and up-levels co-parenting and blended families of all backgrounds through podcast, coaching, workshops, and so much more. We are turning babymamas and babydaddies into MVPs on the teams that matter most: co-parenting teams. Exes & Babies provides inclusive and actionable resources to put power and hope back into the hands of the co-parenting community to design meaningful parenting experiences.

This workshop will be led by Sydney Swonigan, a Co-parent Coach and proud “boy-mom” to her 9yr old son. She is the Founder and CEO of Exes & Babies, a co-parenting support organization. Sydney is a Seattle native working to shift the narrative and culture of co-parenting to be synonymous with teamwork and fulfillment. During the day, she works in gaming policy at Microsoft.
