MHFA Interest Form for Organizations
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an evidence-based course that teaches anyone age 18+ the skills needed to reach out and provide initial support to adults who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and connect them to the appropriate care.
Several training formats are offered:
- Hybrid over Zoom (2 hours self-directed online learning and 6.5 hours instruction over Zoom)
- Hybrid in-person (2 hours self-directed online learning and 6.5 hours instruction in person)
- Fully in-person 8-hour training
