Step 1 – Ensure a spot for your group by Pre-Registering!

Space at the youth summit is available on a first come first serve basis. If you’d like to reserve a space for your school or organization to attend, pre-register your group before March 21st! While pre-registration is not required, spots will fill up fast, so we encourage you to pre-register today!

Once you have solidified your groups and chosen which students are attending, you will be ready to register down below in step 2.

Pre-registration closes March 21st

Step 2 – Register your students and complete the Parent Permission Packets

You’re ready to register once you have identified which amazing students and dedicated advisor(s) will attend the youth summit from your organization. Finalize your group’s attendance by completing the registration before April 4th.

Registration closes April 4th

We can’t wait to work with your amazing students! To ensure that they can participate, please have them complete the Youth Got This Parent Permission Packet and bring it with them to the Youth Got This Summit on April 18th.

Advisors should ensure that all students have completed permission packets before traveling to the Youth Summit. Permission packets will be collected by United General Staff as students arrive at the event.

Step 3 – Attend the Pre-Summit Advisor Meeting

The required pre-summit advisor meeting will take place virtually on Tuesday, April 15th from 3:30 pm – 4:15 pm. In this meeting, our summit facilitator Solomon Masala will go over what you can expect at the summit, the role advisors play throughout the day, and how you can prepare your students to get the most out of this experience! Additionally, this will be a time to discuss drop off and sign-in logistics as well as answer any questions you may have.

The zoom meeting invite will be sent out to those who completed the registration. We ask that all adult advisors from your group attend this meeting. If scheduling conflicts occur, please contact Olivia to coordinate.

Step 4 – Arrange Transportation

Make sure you and your group have transportation to get to and from Camp Korey (24880 Brotherhood Rd, Mount Vernon, WA 98274). There will be space available for parking and bus drop off.

If transportation poses a barrier, please contact Olivia as funding for transportation is available.

We can’t wait to see you there!
