Step 1 – Register your group!

Space at the youth summit is available on a first come first serve basis. Each school may bring 1-3 high school students who are in the 9th, 10th, of 11th grade. Please complete the registration once you have identified which students you plan to bring to the summit no later than February 9th.

Registration closes February 10th

Step 2 – Distribute the Parent Permission Packet

We can’t wait to work with your amazing students! To ensure that they can participate, please have them complete the Youth Got This Parent Permission Packet and bring it with them to the Youth Got This Summit on February 24th.

Permission packets will be collected by United General Staff as students arrive at the event. Students without permission packets will not be allowed to participate in Youth Got This Summit so please ensure that all students have completed permission packets before traveling to the Youth Summit.

Step 3 – Attend the Pre-Summit Advisor Meeting

The required pre-summit advisor meeting will take place virtually on Thursday, February 12th from 2:00pm – 3:00pm. In this meeting, our summit facilitator Solomon Masala will go over what you can expect at the summit, the role advisors play throughout the day, and how you can prepare your students to get the most out of this experience! Additionally, this will be a time to discuss drop off and sign-in logistics as well as answer any questions you may have.

The zoom meeting invite will be sent out to those who completed the registration. We ask that all adult advisors from your group attend this meeting. If scheduling conflicts occur, please contact Olivia to coordinate.

Step 4 – Arrange Transportation

Make sure you and your group have transportation to get to and from United General District 304. (2031 Hospital Drive, Sedro-Woolley). There will be space available for parking and bus drop off.

If transportation poses a barrier, please contact Olivia as funding for transportation is available.

We can’t wait to see you there!
