It’s official!
Nurse-Family Partnership is now part of United General District 304
Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) is a free, supportive program for people expecting their first baby. When you enroll, you’ll have your own personal nurse who will get to know you and your family and visit with you throughout pregnancy and until your child turns two. Your nurse is there to support you, answer questions, share information, and help you feel confident as you prepare for and navigate parenthood. NFP has been shown to improve health and wellbeing for parents and children.
What to Expect
Having your first baby is a big life change. It can be an exciting and joyful time, but it can also bring questions, uncertainty, and new challenges. Every parent can benefit from support during this transition.
Your nurse is here to listen to your questions and concerns, provide caring and nonjudgmental information, and support you as you build confidence and find your own path as a parent.
Eligibility
You can enroll in Nurse-Family Partnership if you are:

What will we talk about on visits?
