Explore local parks and trails with other active adults (55+) from the Skagit area. Every walk will include time to connect with other participants and learn about additional resources for getting outside and living well.

All walks range between 1-3 miles and are considered easy to easy-moderate. To give participants the opportunity to fully take in their surroundings we provide frequent breaks and walk at a slow to moderate pace. Each session will also include warm-up exercises to prepare the body for safe movement and cool-down exercises to promote gradual recovery.
