I am currently doing the 12 week Total Body Fitness program in the United Fitness Center to gain upper & lower body strength, flexibility and core strength. This is exactly what I need to continue my healing from an accident. I was in a bicycle/truck accident where I was run over. I broke my pelvis, back and knee with a torn meniscus. I was referred here by my good friend Julie Jacob who had given me a 1-week free pass.
[Since starting at United Fitness Center] I have gained more muscle strength and flexibility in my joints. My back pain has decreased since I joined this program. I also love that the staff are certified and have health education degrees. They help me while I am participating in this program. I like that all the exercise equipment is in good working condition, and I can get help from the staff whenever I need it.
This is a wonderful place to exercise. The equipment is great, and the friendly staff and team members are there for you to talk with about what is the best exercise program for you individually and what classes may benefit you. You feel like you really matter and that you really belong.
