Yes! We developed at-home exercise and stretching routines to keep our members active while we were closed due to COVID-19.  You can find them on the Fitness Center homepage.

Do you require an annual contract for membership?

No, there is no annual contract. Unlike most fitness centers that require you to pay for an annual contract upfront, we allow month-to-month payments. There are discounts if you purchase more than one month at a time, but it isn't required.
